Information & Terms and Conditions for “Pick Your Pokémon” Campaign

The Pokémon official Instagram account in India is conducting a guess-to-win campaign based on the Pokémon Horizons anime series. In this campaign, 3 high-octane Pokémon battle videos will be posted on the Pokémon Instagram account according to the following schedule. The respective entry periods for the battle videos are mentioned below. Video 1: 16 March 2026 Entry period: 16 March, 7:30 PM to 20 March, 11:00 A.M. India time Video 2: 6 April 2026 Entry period: 6 April, 7:30 PM to 10 April, 11:00 A.M. India time Video 3: 13 April 2026 Entry period: 13 April, 7:30 PM to 17 April, 11:00 A.M. India time These posts will have a poll and a comment section for your participation. You need to let us know who you think would win the battle. To take part in the campaign, you need to follow @_pokemonofficialindia on Instagram and complete at least one of the following: (a) Take part in at least one of the polls. (b) Guess the winning Pokémon and leave a comment stating its name, in at least one of the posts. 8 lucky winners each get a Saree Pikachu and a Kurta Pikachu keychain. *Winners will be selected randomly. *Only comments and poll participations made during the entry period will be eligible for the prize. *Only one Saree Pikachu and one Kurta Pikachu keychain per winner. The following Campaign Terms and Conditions apply to all individuals who participate.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

Before taking part in the campaign for “Pick Your Pokémon” (the "Campaign") sponsored by The Pokémon Company (the "Company"), you (the "Participant") shall read these terms and conditions (the "Terms") carefully and take part after agreeing to these Terms. Therefore, if a Participant takes part in the Campaign, it is deemed that the Participant has agreed to these Terms. 1. Preconditions The Participant shall meet all the following conditions for taking part in the Campaign and receiving the prize of the Campaign (the "Prize"): (i) Not being an employee of the Company, or a person involved in the Campaign. (ii) Living in India and being able to receive the Prize. (iii) Having the Participant’s Instagram account (the "Participant Account") set to public. (iv) Take part in all or either of the polls, and/or participate in the comments sections of all or either of the posts. 2. Campaign The Campaign, its contents and Prize may be terminated or changed at the Company’s sole discretion. 3. Participation (1) The Company may cancel, invalidate and reject the participation and giving the Prize at its sole discretion if any of the following applies to the Participant: (i) Deleting the Comment. (ii) Taking part in the Campaign with multiple Instagram accounts. (iii) if the Company believes that (a) the Participant Account was created solely for the purpose of taking part in the Campaign, such as taking part in immediately after creating a Participant Account, , (b) they violate any of the terms contained herein, or (c) there is any other fraudulent behavior. (iv) Stopping following the Pokémon Account. (2) The Comment shall not contain any of the following: (i) Damaging the honour or credit of the Company or a third party, or defaming them. (ii) Infringing any rights of the Company or a third party. (iii) Violating laws, public order and morals, any terms and conditions of Instagram, or any other behavior considered inappropriate by Instagram. (iv) Impersonating another user or a third party. (v) Affiliate marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes. (vi) Being considered inappropriate on reasonable grounds by the Company. (3) The Participant shall be liable or responsible for all communication related to the Campaign. (4) The Company shall not be liable or responsible for any connection problems to the internet, etc. (5) The Company shall not respond to inquiries regarding the Campaign and the Prize. 4. Prize The Prize may not be chosen or exchanged. The Participant shall be eligible to get only one set of Prizes. Among the Participants, only eight (8) persons chosen by a random lot would get the Prize. The winner who may receive the Prize among the Participants will be notified of winning and related information via direct message (DM) on Instagram from the Company. If a winner does not respond to the messages within 24 hours, the Company reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 5. Terms These Terms may be changed at the Company’s sole discretion. If these Terms are changed, the revised Terms will be applicable immediately.

7. Others (i) The Campaign is not sponsored or associated with Instagram. Instagram shall not be liable or responsible for any trouble and damage caused by or arising from the Campaign. (ii) The Company shall not be liable or responsible for any trouble and damage caused by or arising from the Campaign. (iii) The Company shall not be liable or responsible for any trouble and damage related to the Comment. The Participant shall be liable and responsible for such trouble and damage, and resolve such trouble and damage at their own expense and responsibility. (iv) The Company shall not warrant the accuracy, certainty, usefulness, timeliness, functionality, completeness, or suitability for a particular purpose of the Campaign content and information. (v) The Company shall bear any expenses required for the transportation of the Prize. However, the Company shall not be responsible if the address provided by the Participant does not exist or is incorrect and the Prize cannot be delivered as a result. (vi) These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. (vii) All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and the Campaign shall be finally settled by arbitration, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association. The place of arbitration shall be Tokyo, Japan. The arbitration proceedings and all documents submitted to the arbitrators shall be in Japanese.
