2027 Pokémon Champions India Series has arrived!
Indian players, here is your chance to battle your way up to 2027 Pokémon World Championships Singapore (2027 Worlds)!
Follow the steps below to start your adventure:
Step 1
Set your region in Pokémon Champions as “India”.
India is available as a standalone region from September 9, 2026.
To change your setting, go to Battles → Online Tournament → Region → Asia Pacific → India.
Step 2
Register for Global Challenge in-game
There are six Global Challenges in all. You can participate in all or any of them and get a chance to reach 2027 Worlds.
A total of 540 players (Top 30 from each age division of each Global Challenge) will proceed to the next level of the series.
This competition will use the following age divisions:
Junior Division: Born in or after 2015
Senior Division: Born between 2011 and 2014
Masters Division: Born in or before 2010
*Kids under 13 years old must get parental consent before registration.

What is Pokémon Champions?
Pokémon Champions is a cross-platform, battle-focused game that features mechanics such as Pokémon types, Abilities, and moves, creating an environment conducive to rich and varied strategies for new and experienced Trainers alike.

What is the Pokémon World Championships?
Pokémon World Championships is global Pokémon event that includes invite-only competitions gathering the best Trainers from around the world. Qualifying players from the India Series Grand Finals will earn invitations to compete on this global stage in the Video Game Championships (VGC) category.
The next Pokémon World Championships will be held in Singapore from August 13 to 15, 2027 and you could be part of it!
What is the Global Challenge?
Global Challenge in the official online competition that takes place within the Pokémon Champions game.
There are six Global Challenges that present you with the opportunity to move up to the online and offline competitions of the India Series that could take you further to the World Championships where you share the stage with players from around the globe.
You can participate in one or all the Global Challenges to aim for a place in the top 30 in your age division which qualifies you for the next level of the series, the Online Qualifier.

What is the "2027 Pokémon Champions India Series: Online Qualifier"?
The Online Qualifier is an online tournament where top performers from India region of the six Global Challenges will battle for advancing to the next round.
A total of 540 players will reach the Online Qualifier (Top30 players x 3 age divisions x 6 Global Challenges).
The Online Qualifier is scheduled to be held in May 2027 after all six Global Challenges have concluded.
Dates of the Online Qualifier and the number of players to advance to the offline Grand Finals will be announced at a later date.
(Travel support will be provided to players who advance to the offline Grand Finals. Details will be shared with the players who qualify.)
What is the "2027 Pokémon Champions India Series: Grand Finals"?
The Grand Finals is an offline event in which the best of the best from India will gather to compete for invitations to 2027 Worlds.
The strongest performers from the Online Qualifier will advance to the offline Grand Finals.
Scheduled for June 2027, the Grand Finals will bring together India’s leading Pokémon Champions players to compete for the top positions and invitations to 2027 Worlds in Singapore.
The date and place of the Grand Finals, and number of players to receive invitations to 2027 Worlds will be announced at a later date.
