Pokémon Carnival and Run is a unique, family-friendly event that brings together fitness, fun, and the excitement of the Pokémon world. The event features a themed 2K and 5K run, where participants can enjoy various Pokémon-inspired activities along the race route. In addition to the run, the carnival offers interactive games, live entertainment, and immersive experiences.

Registration opens on 23rd October, 2024. However, registrations will be closed when event capacity is reached.
- 4. Who is allowed to join this Pokémon Run?

Pokémon Carnival and Run is open to everyone. Individuals aged 12 and above can participate on their own, while children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
- 5. What is the flag off time for the Pokémon Run?

The flag off time is 7:00 AM for both days of the run.
- 6. What is the maximum allowed time to complete the 2K and 5K races?

The cut-off times are as follows:
- ・2K: 1 Hour
- ・5K: 1.5 Hours

- 9. What are the requirements and details for collecting the race kit?

All participants of the Pokémon Run are entitled to complimentary entry at the Pokémon Carnival.
Participants should collect the race kit by showing a confirmation email as proof of registration and go to the the Carnival venue, show the registration and an identity card, and collect your kit. You can also send someone else with an authority letter.
- 10. Are changing rooms provided?

Participants can use the restrooms at the event venue for changing purposes.
- 11. Is there any deposit/baggage counter provided?

There are no deposit/baggage counters available during the events including race days.
- 12. Is there parking available at the venue?

Participants can park their vehicles in the Jio World Garden Parking area on a pay-and-park basis. Please note that parking is limited.
Participants are responsible for their parking tickets.
- 13. Where are the water stations and ambulances located?

The locations of water stations and ambulances are marked on the map available on the Pokémon Run 2025 registration page under the information section.
Rules and regulations
- 1. Participants must follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the organizers.
- 2. Cut-off times are 1 hour for the 2K Fun Run and 1.5 hours for the 5K Run.
- 3. The organizers have the right to use photos and videos of participants without time limitations.
- 4. The organizers will provide first aid and transportation to the nearest hospital in case of an accident or injury during the event.
- 5. Parents or guardians are responsible for children accompanying them, including any injuries or accidents.
- 6. Participants are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings; the organizers are not liable for any loss or damage.
- 7. Animals, bicycles, in-line skates, strollers, shoes with built-in rollers, or other wheeled aids are not allowed on the route.
- 8. Participants must demonstrate sportsmanship and avoid actions that could harm other participants.
- 9. Participants should familiarize themselves with and follow the designated route.
Finisher Medal
All the finishers of the 2k and 5k run categories have the right to get the medal if they complete the run within the allotted time for each category
Jersey and bib rules
- ・It is highly recommended to wear the jersey provided by the organizers.
- ・The bib number, displayed on the front of the jersey, serves as the participant's identification number.
- ・For family packages, the parent or guardians joining the race should wear the same bibnumber as the child participant.
- ・Registration and bib numbers cannot be transferred or sold to others.
- ・Selling or transferring a bib number will result in disqualification from the event and/or a ban from participating in future events.
Participants Regulations
- ・Registration will open on 23rd October, 2024.
- ・Complete the registration form with accurate information as per your Identity Card.
- ・Once registration is complete, you cannot change or replace details such as name, category, gender, or T-shirt size.
- ・Ensure payment is completed according to the selected category. A registration confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.
- ・Participants can register for only one category.
- ・This event is for fun; there will be no prizes for the podium finishers.
- ・The organizer reserves the right to close or extend the registration period without prior notice if the participation capacity is reached.
- ・By registering, participants agree to abide by all rules and regulations set by the organizers.
